Purchasing a Bag Borrow Or Steal Subscription Gift Card

To purchase a Gift Card, you must provide us with your billing information and email address and provide us with the name and email address of the Gift Card recipient. You represent and warrant that any information provided is accurate, complete and current. For purposes of these terms and conditions, the "Bag Borrow or Steal Site" shall mean the website currently located at www.bagborroworsteal.com and any successor website.

By purchasing a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (including any modifications that may be made from time to time) and our Terms of Use. To redeem the Gift Card and to use the Bag Borrow or Steal Service, the Gift Card recipient must provide a payment method and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (including any modifications that may be made from time to time) and our Terms of Use.

When you purchase a Gift Card, we will send an email confirmation to the email address that you provided. We will also send an email to the Gift Card recipient at the email address you provided notifying him or her of the Gift Card you purchased. The email sent to the Gift Card recipient will contain an activation code that enables the recipient to redeem the Gift Card. Physical or paper gift cards may not be issued. Gift cards may be delayed or canceled if we are not provided accurate information and/or are unable to contact you or the Gift Card recipient.

Gift Cards are redeemable toward the Bag Borrow or Steal Service. Gift Cards cannot be used on any other websites or in stores and cannot be exchanged for any other products or services. Gift Cards are for U.S. residents only, are not refundable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other specials or free offers. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

You will be billed at the time the Gift Card is shipped.

Renewals

Borrow renewals shall be charged to the Gift Card recipient's payment method as set forth in our Terms of Use.

Other Charges

Please note that the Gift Card recipient is responsible for all charges associated his or her user name and password.
